This master class is designed for skilled Baristas or experienced home coffee enthusiasts looking to move forward to reach the level of a highly skilled professional barista. Learning the science and the craft behind the coffee, this 4-hour session of hands-on experience through the advance tools and techniques will teach you about roasting, the importance of water, key variables in the espresso machine and grinder, as well as Extraction percent and TDS in espresso and filter coffee, milk and texturizing. Confidence and previous experience as a barista or home barista is essential.
